How could India tackle both China and USA?

What should be our strategy, when our enemy is more powerful?

What will you do, when direct strike may cause more harm than good?

I don’t understand, out of China and USA, which country is more dangerous to India?

One who use clever tactics to handle his enemy or the one who tries to stop all developmental possibilities. One who is far away in distance or the one who shares border with us. The one who maintained his control of power over the world for a long time or the one who is rasing his power with each day. The one who caused two world wars and was victories each time or the one who was ruined by colonial powers and now raised himself to challenge the whole world.
At this time, both are more or less equally powerful.

The game of Chess can give us the simple answer. If you wish to win the game, first secure you king (the country) from immediate threats (China) and then plan to strike far apart (USA). It is for sure that you have to tackle both of them. But politics says first secure your borders and then move to other locations.

Okay, I understood that we have to deal with China first. How will we manage to put China down, when it is more powerful than India?
